Take a wok heat desi ghee on medium flame. Mix roasted chana flour on low flame. Saute nicely & stir continuously until becomes aromatic flavor. Turn off the flame.
Keep aside the roasted chana dough for cooling on room temperature. Add sugar,cardamom powder & almonds . Mix well with spoon, spatula or hands.
Put a small amount dough ball (like a big sized lemon) on palm and make shape of laddoo.
Apply same Process to make all LADDOOS.
Now delicious CHANA LADDOOS is ready to serve.
